Community Initiatives and Affected Areas Programs: Public Input Meetings

Come learn about the projects applying for funding in Golden & Area A:  After each short presentation there will be an opportunity for questions from the Town of Golden’s Community Funds Local Selection Committee and the public.

Instructions for attending a virtual meeting by Zoom webinar:
  1. Click the Zoom meeting link provided above to join the meeting virtually at the designated meeting time.
  2. Follow the prompts to download and run Zoom. If required, enter the webinar ID, then click "join the webinar."
  3. Register with your first and last name.
  4. When you connect, your microphone will be muted.

Asking questions at a virtual meeting:
After each short presentation, the committee will provide an opportunituy for questions from the public. If you would like to ask a question, please do the following:
  1. Click the “Raise Hand” icon in the webinar controls. This will notify staff that you have raised your hand and would like to speak.
  2. When it is your turn to speak, staff will unmute your microphone. Click accept to unmute your microphone. You will not be able to share your video.
  3. State your name, and provide your commentary or pose your question.
  4. Once you are finished you will be muted again.
