  • Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service
  • Education in Accounting from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Intermediate computer skills and sound knowledge of business English and arithmetic
  • Sustained attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, and to organize and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

We are a public service delivery organization and we require no less than someone with superior customer service skills, strong ethics, and a positive attitude for working in a team environment.

Golden is less than 3 hours’ drive west of Calgary at the very heart of the six most highly acclaimed Canadian mountain parks, at the junction of the spectacular Kicking Horse and Columbia Rivers, and nestled between the peaks of the Purcell and Rocky Mountain ranges. With a population of about 4,000, our staff of 35 provides a full range of municipal services.

Come discover a place where community still matters, and a town you’ll never want to leave.

This part-time position is within the CUPE Local 2309 bargaining unit and comes with a very competitive wage and benefits package as well as the potential for eventual full time designation.
